DNAY800.1100經(jīng)濟型中速凹版全自動電腦套色彩印機 1、用途：本機適用于BOPP、CPP、PET、PCVD及相同性質(zhì)的組合膜、紙等。本機印刷速度80米/分，機械速度100米/分。 2、主傳動機構(gòu)：主傳動采用深圳匯川變頻器控制電機，傳動每組印版。特點：節(jié)省用電。 3無軸裝版機構(gòu)：裝版采用氣缸，拉動芯軸進行裝版，橫向調(diào)節(jié)采用螺桿移動。 特點：減少換版時間，確保版同心度，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。 4、油墨刮刀機構(gòu)：刮刀可任意調(diào)節(jié)上下和角度，刮刀壓力采用雙氣缸，橫向移動采用電機轉(zhuǎn)動凸輪移動。特點：延長版的使用壽命。 5、壓印升降機構(gòu)：壓印采用雙氣缸升壓與電磁閥自鎖定位，對氣缸漏氣和停機氣缸下掉保護。 特點：保證壓力平均，確保色差。 6、套色機械手：采用電腦控制同步電機通過減速傳動滾珠絲桿調(diào)節(jié)，進行自動套色。 特點：轉(zhuǎn)動潤滑，套色精度高。 7、收、放料機構(gòu)：采用雙+工位收、放料架，放料采用磁粉張力控制，牽引張力采用國產(chǎn)自動張力控制，收料采用雙力矩電機控制。特點：減少廢料，降低成本。 干燥、冷卻機構(gòu)：烘箱采用離心風機吹吸，電熱石英管分布在每組烘箱的吹風口進行加熱，溫度由智能溫控儀控制，冷卻每組烘箱上，出口裝一只離心風機冷卻，確保薄膜降溫。特點：節(jié)省用電。

Structure of ink scraper: The ink scrapers can be adjusted up and down as well as its positions. The pressure of scraper adopts dual air pressure style .The horizontal movement adopts both the rotations of the motor and movement of cam. Impressive lift Structure: The impression adopts dual air cylinder to impress through lifting to position the solenoid, which is a protector for the air leakage of the cylinder when the machine stops working .Performance: Assure the average of pressure and color chromatic aberration. 6. Chromatic Mechanical Handles: They adopt computer to control, synchronic motor to transfer the ball thread bar to adjust the chromatography through reducing the speed to register color automatically.
