DNAY800.1100C型凹版全自動(dòng)電腦套色彩印機(jī)(七電機(jī)）
　　1、用途：本機(jī)適用于BOPP、CPP、PET、PCVD及相同性質(zhì)的組合膜、紙等。本機(jī)印刷速度120-150米/分，機(jī)械速度160米/分。
　　2、主傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)：主傳動(dòng)采用深圳匯川變頻器控制電機(jī)，傳動(dòng)每組印版。特點(diǎn)：節(jié)省用電。 3、無軸裝版機(jī)構(gòu)：裝版采用氣缸，拉動(dòng)芯軸進(jìn)行裝版，橫向調(diào)節(jié)采用螺桿移動(dòng)。特點(diǎn)：減少換版時(shí)間，確保版同心度，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
　　4、油墨刮刀機(jī)構(gòu)：刮刀可任意調(diào)節(jié)上下和角度，刮刀壓力采用雙氣缸，橫向移動(dòng)采用電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)凸輪移動(dòng)。特點(diǎn)：延長版的使用壽命。 5、壓印升降機(jī)構(gòu)：壓印采用雙氣缸升壓與電磁閥自鎖定位，對(duì)氣缸漏氣和停機(jī)氣缸下掉保護(hù)。特點(diǎn)：保證壓力平均，確保色差。
　　6、預(yù)套及套色機(jī)械手系統(tǒng)：該系統(tǒng)可在印刷前進(jìn)行縱向套準(zhǔn),再采用電腦控制同步電機(jī)通過傳動(dòng)滾珠絲桿上下調(diào)節(jié)，直接進(jìn)行自動(dòng)套色。特點(diǎn)：降低成本，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)潤滑，套色精度高。
　　7、收、放料機(jī)構(gòu)：采用雙工位收、放料架，自動(dòng)換卷和自動(dòng)接料，收、放料張力和收、放料牽引張力采用變頻矢量控制線速度。特點(diǎn)：加速套色穩(wěn)定，橫向不跑版，針對(duì)大批量印刷可節(jié)省材料、油墨、溶劑和能源。接料速度150米/分鐘時(shí)，接料浪費(fèi)5米左右，比三電機(jī)節(jié)省45米左右，油墨、溶劑、能源節(jié)約25％左右，大大降低產(chǎn)品成本。
　　8、干燥、冷卻機(jī)構(gòu)：烘箱采用外置式可電熱、蒸汽、油進(jìn)行加熱集中在溫控箱里，由離心風(fēng)機(jī)吹吸，溫度由智能溫控儀控制，冷卻每組回頭輥用水冷式，確保薄膜降溫。特點(diǎn)：使用安全，節(jié)省用電。

DNAY-800-1100C Model High-speed Computerized Register Rotogravure Printing Machine（seven vector motor device）
1. Usage: It is suitable for BOPP, PET, CPP, PVCD and combined film and paper with the same properties. Its printing speed is 120-150m/min, while the mechanical speed is 160m/min.
2.Main transmission device: main transmission adopts electrician frequency inverter from Shenzhen Huichuan to control vector motor, transferring each group of printing cylinders. Performance: electric power saving.
3. Printing cylinder installing Device without Axis: Installation of printing cylinders adopts air cylinder to pull core of axis to install cylinders. Horizontal adjustment adopts movement of screw. Performance: reduce time to replace the cylinders.Assure boards concentric, improve the quality of product.
4. Structure of ink scraper: The ink scrapers can be adjusted up and down as well as its positions. The pressure of scraper adopts dual air pressure style .The horizontal movement adopts both the rotations of the motor and movement of cam. Performance: lengthen the service of the printing cylinders.
5. Impressive lift Structure: The impression adopts dual air cylinder to impress through lifting to position the solenoid, which is a protector for the air leakage of the cylinder when the machine stops working .Performance: Assure the average of pressureand color chromatic aberration.
6. Pre-registration and chromatic Mechanical Handles system: This system can do vertical registration before printing. They adopt computer to control, synchronic motor to transfer the ball thread bar to adjust the chromatography up and down through reducing the speed to register color automatically and directly. Performance: Rotate with lubrication and high precision in chromatography.
7. Material-Collecting and Feeding Device: The material collecting and feeding stand adopts dual scaffold. It can change material roller and collect materials automatically. The tension of material-feeding and traction of material-collecting and feeding adopt frequency inverter vector to control the linear speed .The tension of material-collecting adopts being controlled by torque motor. Performance: accelerate the stabilization of chromatography, position the cylinder in horizontal direction ,save materials 、ink、impregnate and energy for large quantities of printing products. And while the speed of material collecting is 150m/min, the most waste of material collecting is about 5 meters, it can save about 45 meters comparing with three vector frequency inverter, and it can save about 25% ink, impregnate and energy resources, and lower the cost of the product largely.
8. Drying and cooling device: the oven adopts outside-installation style, which can integrate the electric heat, steaming and oil-heating inside of the temperature controller. The oven adopts centrifugal blower to blow and make suction. The temperature is controlled by inligent thermo-controller, while the returning rolleradopts water-cooling device to control to assure the cooling of film. Performances: insure the security and save electric power.
