格柵機械是一種可連續(xù)清除流體中雜物的固液分離設(shè)備，是城市污水處理、自來水廠、電廠進水口、紡織、食品加工、造紙、皮革等行業(yè)生產(chǎn)工藝中*的設(shè)備，前進設(shè)備是目前國內(nèi)普遍采用的固液篩分設(shè)備。
⊙產(chǎn)品特點：
1、自動化程度高,分離效率高,噪音,動力消耗。
2、耙齒采用不銹鋼材料制造,耐腐蝕耐高溫性能好。
3、耙齒組合成柵條面，外加不銹鋼護板，不會堵塞。

注：機械格柵機安裝時采用整機吊裝，在集水井兩側(cè)無需設(shè)置其他支承，只要在地平上預埋620×150×16mm鋼板兩塊，前進機械格柵機安裝時將機架兩側(cè)的支承鋼板與其焊為一體即可。
⊙技術(shù)參數(shù)和選型:
1. 格柵除污機和耙齒規(guī)格：設(shè)備按外形寬尺寸分GSLY300-1500型，并聯(lián)機為GSLY-1600-3000型。耙齒柵隙分為1mm、3mm、5mm、10mm、20mm、30mm、40mm、50mm八種規(guī)格，前進設(shè)備選型由過水量、提升高度、固液分離總量和所分離物質(zhì)的形狀、顆粒度大小來選型，同時選配不同柵隙的耙齒。
2. 格柵除污機長短規(guī)格 設(shè)備標準溝深為1535mm，可根據(jù)用戶需要及使用實際情況任意加長。

一、簡述 Summary
QGC型回轉(zhuǎn)式格柵除污機是一種自動攔截和清
除水體中較大固體懸浮物的粗（中）格柵設(shè)備，可
廣泛應用于城市污水處理、自來水廠取水口、各類
泵站等大流量的水處理場所，前進用于保護水泵葉輪，減輕后續(xù)工序的處理負荷。
QGC Revolving Bar Screen is a coarse bar screening
device, which can automatically catch and clean out larger
suspended solids in wastewater。 This device is mostly used
where there is a large flow rate of water such as municipal
sewage treatment, intake of water works and various kinds
of pump stations。 Qianjin is used to protect the impellers of water
pump and relieve the treatment load of the process that
follows。

二、工作原理Operating Principal
在電動減速機的驅(qū)動下，回轉(zhuǎn)牽引鏈由下而上做回轉(zhuǎn)運動，在牽引鏈上間隔設(shè)置若干除污齒耙，當牽引鏈上的齒耙運轉(zhuǎn)到水下柵條的迎水面時，耙齒即插入柵條的縫隙中作清撈動作，將柵條上所截留的雜物刮落耙中。前進當齒耙運轉(zhuǎn)到機器上部時，耙齒翻轉(zhuǎn)，雜物靠自重脫落到容器中或輸送機上被送走。
Under the drive of electrical gear box, the drive chain will turn round against the flow orientation。 The teeth on the drive chain will pick up the solids stopped by the coarse screen。 When the teeth reaches the top of the equipment, it will turn upside down, qianjin the solids picked up by the teeth will drop onto conveyer under its own weight。
三、結(jié)構(gòu)及特點Construction and Characteristics
QGC型回轉(zhuǎn)式格柵除污機是由機架、驅(qū)動裝置、傳動鏈輪、導向鏈輪以及繞其轉(zhuǎn)動的封閉式回轉(zhuǎn)牽引鏈，齒耙和柵條等部件組成。主要特點如下：
1、雙齒齒耙結(jié)構(gòu)。雙齒間呈一夾角，一齒插入柵條中清除，另一齒則形成包圍之勢使雜物不易脫落，所以清污效果好。
2、封閉式牽引鏈。牽引鏈由鏈板、鏈銷和滾輪組成，其與設(shè)備兩側(cè)的導軌形成封閉的傳動鏈，防止雜物進入將牽引鏈卡死，所以運行平穩(wěn)可靠。
3、過載安全保護裝置。為避免沖擊負荷對設(shè)備的破壞，本機設(shè)計安裝有過載安全保護裝置，確保設(shè)備安全運行。
4、控制方式多樣化。前進水工設(shè)備可據(jù)用戶需要任意調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)備運行間隔時間，實現(xiàn)周期性運轉(zhuǎn)；可根據(jù)柵前柵后液位差自動控制；可實現(xiàn)手動/遠程控制。前進水工設(shè)備還具有故障報警裝置。用戶可根據(jù)不同的工作需要任意選用。
QGC Revolving Bar Screen include frame、 drive device、driving chain wheel、 guide chain wheel and sealing rotary screen chain which rotates around it、tooth rake and vane bar。 It has following characteristics:
1。 Double tooth construction: because between the double teeth is an angle so that when one tooth picks up the solids, the other tooth can help prevent the solids from dropping, thus increasing the cleaning efficiency。
2。 Enclosed type construction: the chain includes chain board、chain latch and roll。 It forms the transmission chain with the slides, which are on two sides of the equipment。 This construction can prevent large debris from jamming the chain。 Therefore the screen has very high reliability。
3。 Overload protection mechanism: overload protection mechanism is standard on the machine in order to prevent damage from overload。
4。 Diversified control mode: this equipment may arbitrarily regulate the time interval of equipment movement in terms of the demand of users, and can realizes the periodic operation; it can control automatically according to the level of liquid in front of bar screen and in the back of bar screen; it may realize hand control or long-distance control; this equipment has fault alarm device。 Users can choose arbitrarily in term of different working demand。
