恒暉 S-700F氣動大平面真空吸氣絲印機
| 功能特點 Feature 1 采用西門子控制機械動作，確保機器運行穩(wěn)定可靠。 2 自動進行刮油、回墨、油刀之壓力、角度、可調、油刀可以自動平衡，保證印刷壓力均衡，印刷質量穩(wěn)定。 3 采用左右運行采用馬達帶動，不會出現(xiàn)爬行、抖動的現(xiàn)象，確保印質量穩(wěn)定。 4 不銹鋼臺面，真空吸風工作臺面縱、橫、角度，可微調工作對位輕松、靈活、準確、可靠。 5 綱框大小皆宜，安裝位置自由空間大，自動離綱。 6 設有安全架、臺面煞、腳踏開關、急停按鈕、保證了印刷過程中的需要及操作人員的安全。 7 采用德國、日本名廣氣動元件，經(jīng)久耐用，質量可靠。 8 具有點動、單步、單循環(huán)、自動功能，切換容易，內(nèi)設計數(shù)器。 1.The structure is novel and operation convenient. It is most suitable for printing the substrates with large plane; 2.It is suitable for printing circuit board, diaphragm switch, credit card, decorating scenery woodblock, glass lens, packing paper box, lamp box advertisement and all kinds of flat and thin formed products; 3.Using motor simultaneously with rectilinear guide rail to power squeegee, avoiding vibration during printing and so as to make work smooth, stable and precise. The stroke and speed of printing and can be adjusted; 4.stainless steel working table surface with vacuum facility. Left and right, front and rear position and angle of table can be finely adjusted. Positioning is easy, flexible, accurate and reliable; 5.Screen frame big and small size available. Free space for installation is big and screen can automatically depart from work piece; 6.Automatic ink squeegeeing and returning. Squeegee pressure and angel can be adjusted and automatically balanced to ensure equal printing pressure and stable quality; 7.safety support, table brake ,foot pedal and emergency stop button equipped ensure the requirement in the course of printing and operator’s safety; 8.Using pneumatic elements from famous suppliers of Germany and Japan, which are durable and reliable; 9.It has function of jogging, single step, single cycling and automation.
