l本系列灌裝機(jī)采用機(jī)電一體化設(shè)計(jì)，集光、電、氣及ＰＬＣ微電腦控制于一體，從進(jìn)瓶定位、灌裝、出瓶等運(yùn)輸均全自動(dòng)完成。

l采用直線進(jìn)瓶的方式，更換不同開關(guān)的容器、調(diào)整不同的灌裝量不需要更換零件，調(diào)整方便。

l負(fù)壓式的灌裝使得灌裝后每個(gè)窗口內(nèi)的液面高度保持一致，且能有效地消除灌裝時(shí)液體所起的泡沫。

This series filling mchine combines photo electricity,pneumatic and PLC control together,ａnd completes these steps including positioning the bottle,dosing filling and sending out bottles automatically.The filling process is finished in a way of linear bottle feeding system.This filling way keeps the liquid at the same level in each container and can effectively avoid air bubble during filling process.it is widely used in the filling of all kinds of liquids, especially  blister liquids in such industries as foods and beverages,soy sauce,wine,vinegar and  so on.
