【簡(jiǎn)單介紹】

該機(jī)主要針對(duì)紙張過(guò)膠后停頓定位而設(shè)計(jì),有效避免輸送帶在移位的前提下,定位偏移或錯(cuò)位導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)出大量的不良品,廢品所帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失.本機(jī)由吸紙等待輸送,過(guò)膠前等待和停頓定位組成,三點(diǎn)密切配合,起動(dòng)時(shí)間短,距離近,停頓時(shí)間可任意設(shè)定.本機(jī)采用高精度的光電和色標(biāo)傳感器控制,精確無(wú)誤.

【詳細(xì)說(shuō)明】

1).LY-650-2A Automatic paper feeding and pasting machine is designed to positioning the sheet after gluing. Reducing loss occured by Producing lots of bad products or waster because of the excursion or positioning wrongly when the converyer belt is moving.
2).This machine is paper waiting transportation, wait orders before gluing, stop to be positioned. Need short time to start(0.10second for starting),short distance(300mm between each 2sheets). The time of stopping can be set freely.
3).This machine is adopted high accuracy photoelectricity and color code sensor. It works very accuray.
