本機(jī)采用筒式下膜機(jī)構(gòu)，即保障了走膜順暢，膜表面無(wú)折皺現(xiàn)象，又保障了無(wú)偏膜的出現(xiàn)。
    1、橫封用雙桿、雙刀直線軸承推拉式封口，壓力更平衡、更均勻，而且壓力無(wú)需調(diào)節(jié)，即保證了產(chǎn)品外觀的美觀，又保證了封口率。
    2、走膜系統(tǒng)采用雙桿、雙刀直線、牽引式走膜、取代了膠輪滾軋走膜而造成膜邊緣軋裂，壓力不均出現(xiàn)偏膜的現(xiàn)象。
    3、整機(jī)采用電氣一體化微電腦控制，光電跟蹤，無(wú)膜，缺料停機(jī)功能，操作簡(jiǎn)單，有效的保證了膜、料液等材料的不必要的浪費(fèi)。
    4、整機(jī)是電、氣一體化，采用人機(jī)界面PLC控制系統(tǒng)，光電跟蹤無(wú)膜停機(jī)、停料。計(jì)量由電腦數(shù)字計(jì)算，簡(jiǎn)單準(zhǔn)確，取締了封口時(shí)常流料的難題。
    5、本機(jī)專用于：液態(tài)乳品，牛奶小顆粒五谷，果肉果汁，以及白酒，調(diào)味品，洗滌化工等液態(tài)產(chǎn)品的包裝。

 The machine adopts drum-type film placing mechanism to ensure smooth film laying and no cockle on film surface and prevent the appearance of deflected film.
   1. The horizontal seal adopts double-pole and double-blade straight bearing sliding seal. The pressure is more even and requires no regulation, thus both providing beautiful appearance and guaranteeing sealing rate.
   2. The film laying system adopts double-pole and double-blade straight tow-type laying mode. This method completely substitutes the laying method by rubber tyre rolling which will make the film edge crack and cause deflected film due to uneven pressure
   3. The whole machine is controlled by electromechanically integrated microcomputer and features such functions as photoelectric tracking and stoppage in case of no film and feed material. The operation is simple and effectively prevents unnecessary waste of materials like film and feed liquid.
   4. The whole machine is electrically and pneumatically integrated and controlled by human-machine interface PLC control system. It features such functions as photoelectric tracking and stoppage in case of no film and feed material. The measurements are totally calculated by computer digitally, simple and accurate and eliminating the problem of material flowing at seal.
   5. The machine is exclusively used for the packaging of liquid products like high-quality liquid dairy products, milk, small particles of grains, fruit flesh and juice, Chinese spirits, seasoning, cleaning chemicals, etc.
