CT-500B四機頭紙管機
CT-500B paper tube machine with 4 heads
■用途
大口徑紙管專用機型，主要用于金屬箔類卷材紙管生產，也可用于其他大口徑紙管生產。
■usage
Private machine for large paper tubes,mainly used for metal foil paper tube production,can also be used to other big diameter of tubes production
■特點
1、高扭矩輸出，生產口徑510mm，厚度20mm一下。
2、配數(shù)控雙刀切割裝置，切厚管時切刀分段進給控制，切臺與紙管同步運動。
3、切臺由精密滑杠驅動，高性能。
4、主電機采用矢量型高扭矩電磁調速，比變頻器控制扭矩高一倍。
5、切割完成后，自動落管。
6、在不同主機速度下保證切割長度更準確。
7、配置液壓滾動裝置和磨具吊裝裝置

3、Cutting table is formed by precise slide bar drive,high performance.

5、The tube comes out automatically after finishing cutting.
6、Ensure high cutting precision at different speed.
7、Hydraulic rolling and shafts hoisting device.
