主要特點(diǎn)：

    YFQ系列水墨瓦楞紙板印刷分壓切角開(kāi)槽機(jī)，能一次性完成瓦楞紙板印刷、切角、開(kāi)槽、滾線(xiàn)、修邊等多道工序（可配打孔、打扣手裝置）。印刷、開(kāi)槽各機(jī)組采用氣動(dòng)鎖緊，電動(dòng)離合，分開(kāi)自動(dòng)剎車(chē)，確保印刷、開(kāi)槽位置不錯(cuò)位。該機(jī)為氣動(dòng)抬板，氣沖上墨，并配備自動(dòng)導(dǎo)墨裝置，有效地消除了機(jī)器間歇時(shí)水墨變干影響印刷效果的不利因素。并且還裝備了電動(dòng)相位調(diào)整裝置，使機(jī)器在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)可以縱向調(diào)整印刷位置和切角開(kāi)槽位置，節(jié)約了調(diào)整時(shí)間，提高了印刷精度和生產(chǎn)效率。該機(jī)為單張紙板手工喂料，具有外觀(guān)新穎、操作方便、印刷清晰準(zhǔn)確、干的快等特點(diǎn)。

MSIN FEATRUES:

    This machine can complete the processes of printing, slicing the corner, grooving, rolling the line, slicing the side once （It can be equipped with punching spikes and hole punching machine）. The printing and grooving-separating units adopt the type of being electrically and separay locked tightly. After being separated and locked tightly, the printing and grooving keeps quite good in position. Being pneumatically lifted the plank and hurtled the ink and led automatically the ink eliminates the disadvantage factors of the water ink changing into drying during the intermittent hour of the machine which has influenced the result of printing. Installed with phase adjusting devices the machine can adjust the position of printing, slicing the corner and grooving in the lengthways while revolving, and this can save the adjusting time, better the printing precision and upgrade the productive efficiency. This machine is the single paperboard feed by hand. It has many characteristics such as novel appearance, handy operating, clean and accurate printing, quick to dry and so on.
