視覺自動(dòng)激光打標(biāo)機(jī)是針對(duì)批量不規(guī)則打標(biāo)中夾具設(shè)計(jì)制造困難導(dǎo)致的供料難、定位差、速度慢的問題；視覺打標(biāo)通過(guò)采用高精度CCD相機(jī)對(duì)產(chǎn)品當(dāng)前的位置進(jìn)行捕捉，并將實(shí)時(shí)采集到的一個(gè)或多個(gè)產(chǎn)品的位置信息，通過(guò)電腦依次傳輸給打標(biāo)卡，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)打標(biāo)。 本系統(tǒng)隨意供料、精確定位、精美打標(biāo)，有效的提升了打標(biāo)效率。
Visual automatic laser marking machine is aimed at the problem of difficult material supply, poor positioning and slow speed caused by the difficulty of fixture design and manufacture in batch irregular marking.Visual marking uses high-precision CCD camera to capture the current position of the product, and transmits the real-time location information of one or more products to the marking card successively through the computer, so as to achieve accurate marking.The system is free to feed, precise positioning and exquisite marking, effectively improving the marking efficiency.
