該機(jī)主要針對容易揚(yáng)塵的的超細(xì)粉末及高精度的包裝要求而開發(fā)設(shè)計，根據(jù)裝在容器下面的重量傳感器給出的信號完成雙速充填、計量及升降等工作，適用于包裝添加劑、碳粉、滅火器干粉、其它超細(xì)粉末、及有高精度包裝要求的粉末等。

This model is designed mainly for the fine powder which easily to spout dust and high-accuracy packing requirement. Based on the feedback signal given by below sensor, this machine do measuring, two-filling, and up-down work, etc. It is specially suitable for filling additives, carbon powder, dry powder of fire extinguisher, and other fine powder which needs high packing accuracy.

1、氣動夾袋裝置和托架裝在重量傳感器上，根據(jù)預(yù)先設(shè)定的重量進(jìn)行快速和慢速充填，高反應(yīng)速度的稱重系統(tǒng)，保證高包裝精度；

2、伺服馬達(dá)帶動托盤升降，升降速度可任意設(shè)定，充填時基本上無粉塵揚(yáng)出污染環(huán)境；

3、伺服馬達(dá)及伺服驅(qū)動控制螺桿，性能穩(wěn)定、精度高；

4、PLC控制、觸摸屏人機(jī)界面顯示，操作簡便；

5、全不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)；組合式或開啟式料箱，清洗十分方便；

6、充填頭配有手輪調(diào)整高度，輕松實(shí)現(xiàn)多種規(guī)格包裝；

7、固定式螺桿安裝結(jié)構(gòu)，充填時不會影響物料性質(zhì)；

8、工作流程：人工套袋或人工放罐→容器升高→快速充填，同時容器下降→重量達(dá)到預(yù)量值→慢速充填→重量達(dá)到目標(biāo)值→人工取出容器；

9、氣動夾袋裝置和托罐裝置可供選擇，只需選擇不同裝置，即可滿足罐裝和袋裝要求；

10、兩種工作方式可切換，定量式或?qū)崟r稱重式，定量式速度快，精度稍差，實(shí)時稱重式，精度高，速度稍慢。

Main Features

1.Pneumatic bag clamper and platform equip with load cell to handle two speeds filling as per preset weight. Featured with high speed and accuracy weighing system.

3.Servo motor does up-down work driving with tray together, the updown rate can be set randomly, no dust spouts out when filling.

3.With servo motor and servo drive controlled auger, perform stably, and with high accuracy.

4.PLC control, touch screen display, easy to operate.

5.Made of stainless steel, combined hopper or split hopper,easily to be cleaned.

6.With handwheel to adjust the height, easy to many kinds of weight.

7.With fixed screw installation, the material quality won't be effected.

8.Process:put bag/can(container) on the machine → container raise → fast filling, container declines → weight reaches the pre-set number → slow filling → weight reaches the goal number → take the container away manually.

9.Note: the pneumatic bag-clamp equipment and can-hold set isoptional, they are suitable for can of bag filling separately.

10.Two filling modes can be inter-changeable, fill by volume or fill byweight. Fill by volume featured with high speed but low accuracy. Fill by weight featured with high accuracy but low speed.
