◎性能特點(diǎn)

HM-6030AZ+HM6040E全自動(dòng)直進(jìn)料袖口式包裝機(jī)采用的直線式設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊占地面積小，針對一些場地受限及包裝過程中無需調(diào)整前進(jìn)方向的產(chǎn)品，十分方便，不會受包裝物長度的限制；可獨(dú)立工作，也可與生產(chǎn)線對接自動(dòng)進(jìn)料、裹膜、封切、收縮、冷卻、定型來實(shí)現(xiàn)無人化流水作業(yè)；

該機(jī)引進(jìn)技術(shù)及工藝制作，設(shè)備性能穩(wěn)定可靠；

采用永宏PLC可編程程序控制器，實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)、電、氣一體化；

經(jīng)過特殊的改裝后，輕及小的產(chǎn)品均能輕松包裝；

該機(jī)與普通側(cè)進(jìn)料機(jī)器相比，有速度和銜接上的優(yōu)勢；

采用特別設(shè)計(jì)的封刀，封口線牢固、不開裂、不易粘刀；

采用進(jìn)口光電，準(zhǔn)確定位，針對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)二組水平檢測光電；

輸送皮帶，經(jīng)久耐用，傳送速度由變頻器控制，可無級變速；

人性化設(shè)計(jì)的控制箱，方便操作人員的操作；

封切時(shí)后端配有壓料裝置，對于包裝較輕的物品，均不會發(fā)生移位；

HM-6040E采用進(jìn)口雙運(yùn)風(fēng)電機(jī)，使?fàn)t腔內(nèi)熱風(fēng)散布均勻，收縮后效果更加美觀；

可根據(jù)客戶的要求增加外側(cè)安全防護(hù)罩;

采用實(shí)心鋼桿外包進(jìn)口硅膠管，鏈桿式輸送硅膠經(jīng)久耐用，根據(jù)包裝物的不同采用不同材質(zhì)的輸送鏈；

整機(jī)采用進(jìn)口變頻器控制傳送速度，無級調(diào)速；

單獨(dú)外接的控制箱，保證電箱內(nèi)的電器元件通風(fēng)良好；

主要適用于長度較長物體或飲料、啤酒、礦泉水、易拉罐、玻璃瓶等有紙托、紙箱的集合或單一收縮包裝。

◎Instruction

HM-6030AZ+HM-6040E Fully-auto Straight Feeding Sleeve Sealer & Shrink Tunnel adopts the unique linear design with compact structure. It is very suitable for some limited space and packing items without adjusting the forward direction. What’s more, there is no length limits;

It can work independently and also can connect with the production line to realize the unmanned assembly line with the function of auto feeding, film wrapping, sealing, shrinking, cooling and stereotypes;

The foreign advanced technology and production process make sure stable performance;

Fatek PLC programmable process controller makes it to achieve the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic integration;

After a special modification, the light and small products can also be packed;

It has advantages of speed and connection compared with the common side feeding machine;

The sealing line is solid without cracking and anti-sticking by using special blade;

Two groups of imported level photoelectric devices are used to accurate positioning;

The imported conveyor belt is durable and the conveyor speed is controlled by frequency inverter;

The user-friendly cabinet makes the operator’s operation much easier;

The pressure device equipped behind the sealing makes sure that the position is stable even for the light product during the procession;

HM-6040E shrink tunnel adopts the imported double recycling motors; so that the hot air in the tunnel is even to have more beautiful shrink effect;

The outside security cover can be installed according to the customer requirement;

The chain conveyor made of solid steel covered with imported silicone tube is very durable. Besides the chain conveyor, we also have different conveyors according the products shape and material;

The frequency inverter controls the speed of the conveyor;

The separate control box makes sure the electrical components have good ventilation;

This machine is mainly applied to the longer products, such as cartons or paper trays which contain drink, beer, water, cans or glass bottles collection or single shrink wrapping.
