主要配置:

2、進(jìn)退采用日本三菱0.75KW伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器控制三菱伺服電機(jī)進(jìn)退,位置準(zhǔn)確。
3、上下堆疊采用日本三 菱1KW伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器控制三菱伺服電機(jī)進(jìn)退,計(jì)數(shù)堆疊準(zhǔn)確。
4、電磁閥采用SMC電磁閥,響應(yīng)速度快。
5、進(jìn)退以及上下導(dǎo)軌采用上銀導(dǎo)軌。
6、進(jìn)退以及上下控制采用伺服電機(jī)控制同步帶,極大滿足了抓取以及堆疊的速度和精度。
7、吸盤采用SMC吸盤,材質(zhì)為硅膠材質(zhì),更好保證了模具的安全。
8、輸送機(jī)采用0.55KW電機(jī),步進(jìn)計(jì)數(shù)輸送。

4. Solenoid valve adopts SMC solenoid valve,fast response.
5. The forward, backward, up and down guiderail adopts HIWIN guiding rail.
6. It adopts servo motor control synchronous belt to open up and down and control the use of servo motor control, greatly meet the speed and accuracy of the crawl and stacking.
7. The suction cup adopts SMC sucker, material made of silica gel, to ensure the mold safety.
8. The conveyor adopts 0.55KW motor, step count to deliver.
