一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
無縫承壓型鋼管經(jīng)加工組合成單個(gè)或多個(gè)烘缸，滾筒烘缸在傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)帶動(dòng)下作回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，熱源通入烘缸內(nèi)壁，筒體外壁部分浸入需干燥的料漿中，使一層物料均布于烘缸外表而被加熱，水被氣化帶走。滾筒轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一周而物料就完成了干燥過程且結(jié)于烘缸表面，然后被刮 刀卸下從而完成干燥卸料的過程。
本機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于高粘度、高濃度漿料的烘干，如：酵母泥、聚合氯化鋁（凈水劑）、糊精、尾渣、魚蝦飼料等。
Seamless pressurized steel pipes are processed into single drying cylinder or multiple drying cylinders, and the drum drying cylinder is driven by the drive system to conduct a rotary motion, heat source enters into the inner wall of drying cylinder, and outer wall of drum is immersed into the slurry that has been dried, to make a layer of materials be evenly distributed on the outer surface of drying cylinder and heated, thus the moisture is taken away by vaporization. After the rotary drum rotates one cycle, the materials complete its drying process and solidify on the surface of drying cylinder, and then the materials are removed by the scraper to complete the process of drying and discharging.
The drying machine is widely used for drying of slurry with high viscosity and concentration, such as yeast paste, aluminium polychlorid (purifier), dextrin, tailings and fish and shrimp feed.
二、特點(diǎn)Characteristics
1.連續(xù)操作、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定、節(jié)省勞動(dòng)力，能夠得到均勻的產(chǎn)品。
2.干燥時(shí)間短，一般約為7-30s，干燥產(chǎn)品沒有受高溫的危險(xiǎn)，適合于熱敏性物料的干燥。
3.適應(yīng)料漿黏度范圍廣。
4.熱效率高，可達(dá)70％-80％。
5.因干燥器內(nèi)不會(huì)殘留產(chǎn)品，少量物料也可干燥。
6.操作參數(shù)調(diào)整范圍廣，并易于調(diào)整。
7.機(jī)內(nèi)易于清理，改變用途容易。
8.尾氣不帶走物料，不需除塵設(shè)備。
9.設(shè)備操作彈性較大，易于控制調(diào)節(jié)。
10.該機(jī)可用于環(huán)保行業(yè)的廢液處理。
11.干燥速率大，筒壁上濕料膜的傳熱傳質(zhì)過程由里向外，方向一致，溫度梯度較大，使料膜表面保持較高的蒸發(fā)強(qiáng)度。
1. Continuous operation, stable quality, labor-saving and able to obtain uniform products.
2. It has a short drying time, generally about 7-30s. It will not make the products to be dried suffer the risk of high temperature and it is suitable for drying of heat sensitive materials.
3. Wide adaption range for slurry viscosity.
4. High thermal efficiency of 70％-80％.
5. Without residuary product in the drier, a small amount of materials can also be dried.
6. Operation parameters have a wide adjustment range and are easy for adjustment.
7. It is easy to clean the machine as well as change the use.
8. End gas doesn’t carry off materials and dust remover is not required.
9. With large equipment operating flexibility, it is easy for control and adjustment.
10.The machine can be used for liquid waste disposal in the environmental industry.
11.It has high drying speed, the heat and mass transfer process of wet materials membrane on the cylinder wall is from inside to outside in the same direction and with relatively large temperature gradient, to make the surface of materials cylinder wall keep a relatively high evaporation intensity.
