性能特點(diǎn)：

1．收卷、放卷張力為PLC自動演算式錐度控制。例如收卷軸：隨著收卷直徑的逐漸變大，收卷張力也隨之逐斷變大。使整個(gè)復(fù)卷過程對材料的張力保持不變，形成恒張力。
2．兩段式長度設(shè)定，卷曲長度精確。
3．采用高性能可程式控制器，整體復(fù)卷作業(yè)操控極為簡易。長度計(jì)數(shù)及張力控制為LED觸摸屏。
4．采用氣壓式紙管固定設(shè)計(jì)，紙管牢固，裝卸簡易、快捷，大大提高效率。
5．油壓上料機(jī)構(gòu)（屬于選購配備），提供簡易、輕松的原料上料操作。
6．壓料輪有汽缸控制，壓力位可調(diào)式。將半成品適當(dāng)壓著，確保半成品于復(fù)卷過程中極為平穩(wěn)順暢。
