◆采用美國檢測系統(tǒng)，每工位雙路獨立測漏系統(tǒng)，精密度高，可靠性強，精度可達(dá)0.01mm.
◆采用PLC控制和檢測板及進(jìn)口原裝電磁閥，機器穩(wěn)定可靠。
◆采用觸摸屏人機界面，畫面大且清晰，更易操作。
◆機器動作采用進(jìn)口原裝電磁閥組控制，機器有兩套油霧保養(yǎng)裝置，除去氣體中雜質(zhì)與水份，一方面滿足食品、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)的環(huán)保和GMP法規(guī)要求，另一方面使機器持久耐用,增加機器使用壽命。
◆控制系統(tǒng)可以儲存6組產(chǎn)品的參數(shù)，并記錄檢測總量與漏瓶量。
◆檢測瓶高低調(diào)節(jié)精確，采用雙高頻滑動光桿，快捷，方便，準(zhǔn)確無誤的調(diào)節(jié)方式得到調(diào)式師傅的好評。
◆簡單的操作功能，即可獨立完成測漏，又可并入生產(chǎn)線實現(xiàn)自動化測漏，可根據(jù)客戶需求量身定制。
