KC-FF-II 敷料貼包裝機(jī)

本機(jī)是一款新型全電腦控制系統(tǒng)，高速敷料貼自動包裝生產(chǎn)線，采用*技術(shù)，設(shè)備運行中，電腦全程監(jiān)測。

The equipement is a new and full computer control system, it is a high-speed production line, uses of advanced technology from abroad, in the operation, the computer system monitoring the whole production.

1. 敷料貼高速滾切機(jī)，自動包裝速度每分鐘50--80片，裸片每分鐘0—150片 操作只需一人。

The production speed for plaster making and packing is 50--80 pieces/minute, if we only produces plasters, no packing, the production speed is 0-150 pieces/minute.Only needs one operator.

2.采用歐姆龍伺服電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)，結(jié)合我司長期理論于實際經(jīng)驗編排軟件程序。中國臺灣富臺光電色標(biāo)跟蹤系統(tǒng)，實現(xiàn)包裝色標(biāo)定位，設(shè)備運行中結(jié)合自動相位，前后位置自動調(diào)節(jié)藥帶產(chǎn)品的中心位置。

The machine uses of Omron servo motor control system, Taiwan futai photoelectric color standard tracking system, to achieve the packaging color calibration.Combined with automatic phase in the operation of the equipment.Adjust the position of absorbent pad automatically.

3.滾dao選用粉末高速鋼為材質(zhì)，加工執(zhí)dao，設(shè)備在更換規(guī)格時只需30分鐘，dao具安裝好后，只需在電腦上輸入需要的規(guī)格，即可正常生產(chǎn)。

The materials of hobs are powder high-speed steel.Change the mould only needs 20 minutes, after cutter installed, input the size which needed on computer touch screen, and then continue production as usual.

4各個原材料放卷裝置以及收卷裝置采用磁粉制動、磁粉離合張力系統(tǒng)控制，保證設(shè)備在高速運轉(zhuǎn)中的穩(wěn)定性，
