Model WT-30 Paper Cup/Bowl Sleeve Forming & Wrapping Machine is an automatic equipment to make a second wall sleeve over the inner-cup/bowl(cup/bowl by paper cup/bowl machine).wear a sleeve around the paper cup/bowl.

It is the matching equipment of (ZB0A12) Paper Cup Machine &( ZW-A35),Paper bowl machine,which has the function as photo cell detectioin,failure alarm,counting etc.

It makes double wall paper cup/bowl after running a whole procedure of automatic paper (fan-sleeve)feeding,sleeve cone-body sealing(by ultrasonic wave),water-glue sprying (spray glue inside the cone-sleeve),cup./bowl feeding (absorb cup into the cone-sleeve),inserting and bonding sleeve to the cup collecting with the function of photo electric detection,fault alarm,ａnd count.

It is an ideal equipment of making two/double walls paper cups/bowls such as direct-sleeves cups, ollow-sleeve cups etc. he sleeve-wrapped paper cups are popular for hot drinks tea coffee, etc

全自動紙杯（紙碗）外套粘合機是緊跟市場需要而開發(fā)設(shè)計的，是ZB-A12型紙杯機和ZW-A36型紙碗機的配套設(shè)備。具有自動送紙（印好的外套扇形片）、超聲波縫合（形成外套層）、噴膠（在外套內(nèi)壁）、下碗/杯（已經(jīng)做好的內(nèi)層用紙杯，紙碗）、外套與紙碗自動粘合以及光電檢測、故障報警、計數(shù)等功能。工藝，設(shè)計合理，設(shè)備操作，維護方便。

全自動紙杯（碗）外套粘合機的工作原理是在做好的紙杯、紙碗外再套上一層（隔熱），用于生產(chǎn)雙層紙杯（咖啡果凍紙杯=香飄飄奶茶兩層紙杯等）或兩層紙碗（如：康師傅方便面碗，統(tǒng)一方便面晚等）。
