新型中空貼面機(jī)是一種多功能全自動(dòng)中空貼面設(shè)備，采用間歇分割器機(jī)構(gòu)、鏈條傳動(dòng)、各傳動(dòng)軸相互平行，可合理分布各個(gè)功能總成。整體采用噴淋加油潤(rùn)滑的方式，減低了機(jī)器零件的磨損。它通過(guò)多分排自動(dòng)送紙、超聲波焊接、機(jī)械手紙筒轉(zhuǎn)移、注油、折底、電機(jī)給膠、氣缸兩級(jí)下料套合、壓緊、卸杯等連續(xù)工序，進(jìn)行貼合。本機(jī)采用變頻調(diào)速，光電開(kāi)關(guān)檢測(cè)工作異常、實(shí)現(xiàn)了故障自動(dòng)停機(jī)，保護(hù)機(jī)器各部件不碰撞，提高了機(jī)器的穩(wěn)定性和壽命；抱筒工位采用三合一凸輪驅(qū)動(dòng)左右杯夾，工作時(shí)無(wú)噪音，抱筒動(dòng)作穩(wěn)定可靠，屬?lài)?guó)內(nèi)。

The new hollow wall paper cup machine is a mufti-functional equipment for double wall cups . It adopts intermittent splitting mechanism, chain drive. Each drive shaft is parallel to each other, which can reasonably distribute each functional assembly. The overall use of oil spray lubrication system reduces the wearing of machine parts. It is fitted through multiple rows of automatic paper feeding, ultrasonic welding. It uses robotic arm to transfer paper tube. By injecting oil, folding bottom, gluing motor, cylinder two-stage blanking, pressing, unloading and other continuous processes, it makes good cups. This machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation. If photoelectric detects any fault, machine will stop automatically, to avoid various parts of the machine collide. In this way, it can improve machine stability and lifespan. The three-in-one cam is used to drive the left and right cup holders. Machine is running at very less noise. The movement of the paper tube folding is stable and reliable, which the latest technology in China.
