JOYN品牌JY系列超聲波材料乳化分散器主要應用于石油、化工過程中的油水或其它物料的乳化、微乳化，也可用于輕工、納米材料、食品和醫(yī)藥等部門的液體處理。
北京超聲波材料乳化分散器主要特征:
●聚能式超聲波乳化分散器是將大功率*的變幅桿直接浸入反應液體中,使聲能直接進入反應體系,而不必通過清洗槽的反應器壁進行傳遞。其優(yōu)點是能夠?qū)⒋罅康哪芰恐苯虞斔偷椒磻橘|(zhì),有效的使電能轉(zhuǎn)化為機械能,并且可以通過改變輸送到換能器的幅度加以控制超聲波能量的大小。
●該產(chǎn)品可擴展性強（1）可選配冷卻水循環(huán)裝置,冷卻水循環(huán)裝置和特制雙層玻璃反應釜構(gòu)成冷卻水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，實現(xiàn)-40-100℃范圍內(nèi)的任一溫度點的精確控溫,有效避免溫度過高而導致樣品組織破壞,與傳統(tǒng)冰浴降溫相比更加便捷、精確。（2）可選配磁力攪拌器。通過攪拌可提高被處理樣品的乳化率，處理效果更好。
