- 編 號：ABS 適用范圍： 主要用于ABS、PC、PVC、PS等，具有高色澤、高色彩、高遮蓋力、高穩(wěn)定性、耐酒精及特慢干之特點。 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ABS油墨 油墨特性：主要用于ABS、PC、PVC、PS等，具有高色澤、高色彩、高遮蓋力、高穩(wěn)定性、耐酒精及特慢干之特點。（可在30分鐘內(nèi)不需開油洗網(wǎng)） 印刷：選用網(wǎng)目為250- 400目，絲印移印均可。 表干及實干時間：表干時間自然揮發(fā)5-10分鐘；實干時間在24小時以內(nèi)，如需快速干燥請烘烤50度20分鐘為*效果。 稀釋及清洗：783慢干開油水；同時可使用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗。 測試方法（*干燥后）： 1、3M膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面，45度角迅速拉起不脫油; 2、純度99%的酒精，500克砝碼用棉布包住在油墨表面，以水平力來回拉100次無脫色。 使用方法： 1、使用前應充分攪拌，用后隨時封閉； 2、攪拌時加開油水10-15%，稀釋到印刷粘度； 3、網(wǎng)板塞網(wǎng)時可用洗網(wǎng)水清洗； 4、不得與其它類型油墨混合使用。 注意事項： 1、塑膠材料的外觀相似，但可能會是不同的材料，客戶需試印確定其符合要求后，再批量印刷； 2、在移印過程中，如出現(xiàn)拉絲或散開，可適當加入一些慢干膏即可； 3、環(huán)境溫度過高，將會影響油墨原有質(zhì)量； 4、根據(jù)氣候變化，請遠離火源，陰暗環(huán)境下存放。 etails:
