用途：
本機(jī)采用自動(dòng)飛達(dá)送紙，紙板自動(dòng)定位裝置，具有定位準(zhǔn)確、快速，成品美觀等特點(diǎn)。可以用來制作精裝書殼、筆記本封面、臺(tái)歷、掛歷、書形盒、文件夾等。
 
It adopts automatic feeding system for paper, automatic positioning device for cardboard, there are features of accurate, quick positioning, and beautiful finished products It is used to make perfect book covers, cover of notebook, calendars, hanging calends file etc.
 特點(diǎn):
1. 本機(jī)采用飛達(dá)送紙結(jié)構(gòu)，整體動(dòng)作全氣動(dòng)控制，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單合理。
2. 上膠部采用全新設(shè)計(jì)的銅刮刀，有效地防止卷紙，保證機(jī)器正常運(yùn)行。
3. 采用雙張紙檢測(cè)裝置，操作設(shè)置簡(jiǎn)單，有效防止雙張紙。
4. 紙板送料臺(tái)采用線性導(dǎo)軌與步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制，定位準(zhǔn)確快速。
5. 紙板送料臺(tái)有缺紙板自動(dòng)停機(jī)裝置，減少了產(chǎn)品的廢品率。
6. 輸送帶下方采用大功率吸風(fēng)機(jī)，使紙張輸送更加平穩(wěn)準(zhǔn)確。
7. 紙張的輸送定位系統(tǒng)采用高精度光電控制裝置，使紙張與紙板的定位更加精確。
8．整機(jī)采用PLC控制，操作簡(jiǎn)單，機(jī)器故障直接顯示在電腦觸摸屏上，方便排除故障。
1.This machine adopts feeder feeding system, which is controlled pneumatically, its structure is simple and reasonable.
2.New designed cooper scraper effectively avoid paper winding, cooperates with the machine compactly.
3.Adpotpaper tester for two pieces of feeding paper, featuring in simple operation, to keep two piece of paper from feeding in to gluing at the same time effectively.
4.The cardboard feeding part is controlled by linear guide lie and servo motor, its location is accurate and quick.
5.In the cardboard feeding part ,machine can automatically stop when lack of cardboard to reduce the waste.
6.Vaccum sucker is adopted for conveyor belt to feed paper more stably and accuray.
7.Paper feeding and positioning system adopt high-precise photoelectric control device to make the paper and cardboard location more accurate.
8.The whole machine adopts PLC control, featuring simple operation. The alarm are display directly on the touch screen, which helps operator easily deal with the trouble.
