疊螺式污泥脫水機(jī)是集全自動PLC控制柜、污泥濃縮脫水本體及絮凝箱于一體，可在全自動運(yùn)行的條件下，實現(xiàn)高效的絮凝，連續(xù)完成污泥濃縮壓榨脫水工作，將收集的濾液回流或排放，脫水的污泥排出。
疊螺式污泥脫水機(jī)的主體是由多重固定環(huán)及墊圈和游動環(huán)組成，螺旋軸貫穿其中形成過濾裝置，前段為濃縮部分，后段為脫水部分，將污泥的濃縮和壓榨脫水在一起完成，以微妙的濾體結(jié)構(gòu)取代了傳統(tǒng)的濾布和離心的過濾方式。

工作原理 Working principle
濃縮
當(dāng)螺旋軸轉(zhuǎn)動時，設(shè)在螺旋軸外圍的多重動定疊片相對移動，在重力的作用下，水從相對移動的疊片間隙中濾出，實現(xiàn)污水的快速濃縮。
脫水
經(jīng)過濃縮的污泥隨著螺旋軸的轉(zhuǎn)動不斷往前往上移動，螺旋軸的螺距逐漸變小，環(huán)與環(huán)之間的間隙也逐漸變小，螺旋腔的空間也不斷收縮，在背壓板的作用之下，內(nèi)壓逐漸增強(qiáng)，在螺旋軸的連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)推動下，污泥中的水份受擠壓排出，濾餅含固量不斷升高，最終實現(xiàn)污泥的連續(xù)脫水。
自動清洗
螺旋軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)，推動游動環(huán)的不斷轉(zhuǎn)動，設(shè)備依靠固定環(huán)與游動環(huán)之間的移動實現(xiàn)連續(xù)的自清洗過程，從而避免了傳統(tǒng)脫水機(jī)普遍存在的堵塞問題。
