該三位一體聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)是同類機(jī)型國內(nèi)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品，具備離子風(fēng)清洗瓶、負(fù)壓灌裝、磁力旋蓋于三位一體的一臺(tái)灌裝包裝機(jī)器，適用于醫(yī)藥、化工、食品、飲料等行業(yè)的糖漿、合劑、酊劑或其它小容量溶液劑產(chǎn)品的清洗灌裝旋蓋用，也可與其它機(jī)器組成生產(chǎn)線。采用密封瓶口吹離子風(fēng)除靜電清洗瓶子，實(shí)現(xiàn)了塑料瓶口服溶液劑產(chǎn)品在灌裝前的有效清洗，該清洗裝置的應(yīng)用提高了產(chǎn)品澄明度和產(chǎn)品合格率。灌裝部分采用雙室低真空負(fù)壓等位灌裝，旋蓋部分采用磁力離合器旋蓋，無滴漏、無泡沫溢出瓶口、無瓶不灌裝、瓶底瓶肩緊裝置、旋蓋頭旋緊瓶蓋后自動(dòng)離合等裝置的應(yīng)用，使聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)組在連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)下有效減少了瓶與瓶撞擊發(fā)生的蕩液、滴液和歪蓋的情況，有效控制了藥液污染工作環(huán)境及包裝材料的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，并且保證其生產(chǎn)過程中符合GMP要求，是各液體制劑產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)理想的聯(lián)動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線。

This cleaning, filling and capping machine is first invented in similar models in China, is a filling and packing machine which can clean bottle with ion wind, fill with negative pressure and screw up the cap with the magnetic force and is suitable for cleaning, filling and capping of the syrup, mixture, tincture or other small-capacity solution products in the pharmacy, chemistry, foods and drinking and can also compose a production line with other machines. It can seal the bottle mouth and blow the ion wind to remove the static and clean the bottle and can effectively clean the plastic bottle oral solution products prior to filling. This cleaning machine improves the product clarity and product qualification rate. The filling part realizes the equivalent filling with the dual-chamber low vacuum negative pressure. The capping machine screws up the cap with the magnetic force clutch to avoid drop, overflowing foam at the bottle mouth and filling in case of no bottle. The bottle bottom and shoulder location clamping machine and automatic clutch machine for the cap screwed up by the capping header are used to effectively reduce the liquid swinging, drop and tilting caused by impacting bottles when the joint unit is continuously operating, effectively control the pollution of the pharmacy liquid to the working environment and packing materials and ensure that the production process meets GMP requirement, so it is the ideal for the liquid agent product manufacturers.
