管道阻火器是適用于石化、化工、輕工業(yè)等行業(yè)的可燃氣體輸送過程中的安全裝置。我廠生產(chǎn)制造的管道阻火器是經(jīng)過嚴謹?shù)淖杌鹄碚撛O(shè)計和精密專用的機械設(shè)備加工制造而成的。根據(jù)阻火性能和阻火等級可分為阻爆燃型和阻爆轟型兩大類。

結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 Structural Design

產(chǎn)品由芯件和殼體兩部分組成，芯件是核心，是由兩層超薄的不銹鋼帶，一條被壓成波N形，另一條平面鋼帶則將它圍繞圓心緊緊纏繞而成。從而構(gòu)成無數(shù)個端面，是小三角形直通流道，而且在芯件內(nèi)部有一個十字結(jié)構(gòu)的支架（或在表面壓上Y形架）借以增強芯件的牢靠性，避免芯件被點燃的介質(zhì)所產(chǎn)生的爆炸壓力沖散。介質(zhì)從三角形狹道中通過，阻火器也正是通過它來阻止火焰在管道中的蔓延，其原理為“器壁效應(yīng)"，就是火焰雨器壁的碰撞進行能量轉(zhuǎn)換，降低了溫度。從此原理來設(shè)計三角形孔的高度阻止火焰的通過。再加上足夠的流道長度來吸收火焰的熱量，使其在芯件中熄滅，避免了氣體在芯件的另一端被復(fù)燃的可能性。

管道阻火器與管路連接可水平安裝也可垂直安裝。定期檢查，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)堵塞，應(yīng)用高壓蒸汽、壓縮空氣或有機溶劑清洗，如發(fā)現(xiàn)芯件機械性損壞或介質(zhì)腐蝕后，應(yīng)立即更換。
