1. The machine uses fine grinded gears and the high precision gears meshes makes the machine running with low noise and long using life.

2. Slitting cylinder is a hollow cylinder and the surface is hard chrome plated, which makes the cylinder not deformed and more durable. Besides, the slitting blades not easily make scratches to the cylinder and the light weight cylinder dramatically reduces the impulsive force to the gears when the machine stopes or starts.

3. The blades are made of tungsten steel, which is specially for slitting self-adhesive papers. Blade’s mirror cutting edge is shape enough to make the blades durable.

4.The wire-electrode cutting processed slitting blade carrier makes the slitting more stable.

5.New type side lay makes high precision position of paper, more reasonable structure and more easy and simple operations.

天隆劃線機(jī)系列:拉規(guī)部位改配大功率電機(jī)，使拉規(guī)部位運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)無噪音，使用壽命更長(zhǎng)，能夠解決不干膠覆膜后膜長(zhǎng)出紙邊或紙張裁切不一致、大小不一-而使劃線不準(zhǔn)確的問題，劃線壓痕機(jī)收紙新加裝穩(wěn)紙吸風(fēng)輪，走紙更平穩(wěn)，確保壓痕、壓點(diǎn)線時(shí)產(chǎn)品尾部不甩尾，從而保證了壓痕、壓點(diǎn)線的準(zhǔn)確性和一致性。新款劃線刀架軸(標(biāo)尺鑲在刀架軸上)，可以精準(zhǔn)的調(diào)整劃線位置，縮短劃線的調(diào)整時(shí)間。
