主要特點(diǎn)

1前緣式送紙方式，可根據(jù)紙板彎曲程度調(diào)整風(fēng)量，確保送紙順暢。（可選用后踢送紙方式）
2前進(jìn)紙橡膠輥輔氣缸緩壓裝置，進(jìn)紙準(zhǔn)確、可靠，不會(huì)因進(jìn)紙間隙小而破壞進(jìn)入紙板的強(qiáng)度。
3左右擋板位置電動(dòng)控制（可加氣動(dòng)自動(dòng)拍齊）。后擋箱電動(dòng)調(diào)整，前擋板間隙手動(dòng)調(diào)整。
4彩色觸摸屏可對(duì)模版輥進(jìn)行360度相位設(shè)定，顯示生產(chǎn)速度以及設(shè)定生產(chǎn)數(shù)量。
5膠墊輥機(jī)械螺旋式橫向移動(dòng)，移動(dòng)距離為40mm。

10膠傳動(dòng)齒輪采用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼，經(jīng)熱處理，研磨而成。齒輪封閉式循環(huán)噴淋潤(rùn)滑。
