印刷相位固定裝置氣動(dòng)式剎車機(jī)構(gòu)，當(dāng)單元分離調(diào)整或清晰時(shí)，剎車機(jī)構(gòu)限制齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，保持原有齒輪位置固定點(diǎn)。
網(wǎng)紋輥采用配合送紙系統(tǒng)氣壓式升降裝置（送紙式網(wǎng)紋輥按單元順序自動(dòng)落下，停止送紙時(shí)按單元順序自動(dòng)抬起）。
氣動(dòng)隔膜泵上墨，自動(dòng)循環(huán)，加上清洗。

壓痕間隙及刀軸間隙調(diào)整采用自鎖結(jié)構(gòu)。
開槽刀箱高調(diào)整有防碰撞保護(hù)裝置，不會(huì)損壞機(jī)器。
