說明及特點(diǎn):
1、該型分切機(jī)適合于分切PE、PP、PET,PVC等塑料薄膜，復(fù)合膜，
膜，彩印膜。是薄膜、薄片二次加工以及彩印包裝企業(yè)的理想機(jī)型。
2、整機(jī)由PLC集中控制（三矢量電機(jī)）并采用觸摸屏人機(jī)界面對(duì)整機(jī)進(jìn)行集中操作。
3、放卷采用啟動(dòng)剎車制動(dòng)器，由PLC自動(dòng)計(jì)算卷徑實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)漲力控制。
4、牽引控制由一臺(tái)矢量變頻電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)恒線速度控制，并有效地隔斷收放卷張力之間的相互影響。
5、收卷軸采用氣漲軸收卷由二臺(tái)矢量變頻電機(jī)獨(dú)立驅(qū)動(dòng)，收卷張力控制，根據(jù)收卷直徑，分切厚度，設(shè)定張力等參數(shù)，由PLC運(yùn)算實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)張力遞增。（可選滑差氣漲軸）
6、收卷軸壓輥離合采用氣動(dòng)裝置，壓力大小通過調(diào)壓閥控制，（壓輥采用平推式）。
7、放卷裝卸料采用氣漲軸裝卸料，氣動(dòng)鎖緊，料卷氣動(dòng)升降，裝卸料方便、效率高。
8、放卷EPC糾編裝置搭配CCD影像傳感器，可準(zhǔn)確控制端面精度。
9、分切采用分切裝置，端面整齊，有邊廢料風(fēng)送。（紙張需購置圓刀分切裝置）
10、整機(jī)由同步帶、同步輪為傳動(dòng)方式，執(zhí)行與鎖緊采用氣動(dòng)方式
11、牽引導(dǎo)輥：靜平衡鋁合金導(dǎo)輥，表面硬化處理

7. The unwinding loading and unloading material adopts the gas-up shaft loading and unloading material, pneumatic locking, pneumatic lifting of the material roll, convenient loading and unloading, and high efficiency.
8.The unwinding EPC correction device is equipped with a CCD image sensor to accurately control the end face accuracy.
9. The slitting adopts the straight knife slitting device, the end face is neat, and the side scrap is sent by wind. (Paper needs to purchase round knife slitting device)
10. The whole machine is driven by synchronous belt and synchronous wheel, and pneumatically operated by locking and locking.
