特征:
主要機(jī)件由*的數(shù)控加工中心制造。機(jī)架全部龍門銑加工。
機(jī)架用錳鋼板整體加工組成，整體結(jié)構(gòu)合理，可以承擔(dān)500T壓力。
加溫系統(tǒng)采用導(dǎo)熱油循環(huán)加溫，溫度均勻，該機(jī)配有底加溫，能使產(chǎn)品達(dá)到更理想效果。
控制系統(tǒng)采用臺達(dá)PLC控制，人機(jī)界面操作，自動(dòng)化程度高，設(shè)有多種工作模式，來適應(yīng)不同的工件加工。
覆膜時(shí)上下同時(shí)加溫，提高了對膠水的活化溫度，提高了工件邊部的包邊質(zhì)量，同時(shí)減緩了硅膠板的冷卻溫度。
采用高溫導(dǎo)熱油內(nèi)加溫內(nèi)循環(huán)，溫度均勻程度大幅度提高，熱效率高，加熱管損壞后可更換，加熱板適用壽命延長5-10年。
自動(dòng)裁切刀：實(shí)現(xiàn)半自動(dòng)裁切，裁切斷面呈直線狀態(tài)，節(jié)約了面膜，工時(shí)，節(jié)省材料，提高工作效率。

Using high temperature heat conducting oil for internal heating cycle, the temperature uniformity is greatly improved, the thermal efficiency is high, the heating tube can be replaced after damage, and the service life of the heating plate can be extended by 5-10 years.
Automatic cutting knife: semi-automatic cutting, cutting straight line section, saving mask, working hours, saving materials and improving work efficiency.
