該系列機(jī)型是CFB系列機(jī)型的升級(jí)版本。封口率、切邊質(zhì)量、食品衛(wèi)生、電氣控制等方面更優(yōu)良。配備各種保護(hù)。
護(hù)裝置、故障指示燈。熱封頭使用氣動(dòng)彈簧結(jié)構(gòu)和浮動(dòng)式自平衡技術(shù)，傳動(dòng)使用簡(jiǎn)潔的侍服馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)，機(jī)架是方便
清潔的敞開(kāi)式架構(gòu)，全不銹鋼材料制作符合GMP車(chē)間的衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。    
    溫控模塊控溫，PLC+旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器控制，配合觸摸屏實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)友好界面。本機(jī)配套件采用品牌元件。    
    設(shè)備工藝流程：落杯→充填→液面控制→封膜松卷→日期打印→平封口→光電糾偏→線(xiàn)封口→剪切→廢膜收卷→
制品頂出。
    可選配：下果粒、衛(wèi)生罩、機(jī)上CIP等。

The Series model is update of the CFD series Filling and Sealing Machine .For the Sealing efficiency、the quality 
of the cutting sides、foods sanitation 、electric control ，they are good.  All kinds of safeguard device and error alarm 
indicator can be equipped on the machine.  The pneumatic & string structure and float type balance technique are used 
for the thermoform sealing head.  The serve motor is used to make the machine run.   The machine shelf is convenient 
ａnd clean open type structure.  It is made of full stainless steel and reaches the sanitation standard of GMP workshop .
    Temperature control for modules , PLC+ rotating coding device control system adopted. The components made in 
German and Japan are adopted for the machine .
    The processes of the equipment:  cups-falling→ filling → film-sealing & rolls-loosing → date coding → flat sealing → 
sensor-adjusting → line sealing → cutting → wasted film rewind →finished products out. The device for the pulp-
putting 、health cap、 CIP system on the machine can be chosen .
