FPC保護(hù)膜系列用于FPC轉(zhuǎn)貼，高溫承載，出貨等各制程保護(hù)。

產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用：

1.轉(zhuǎn)貼膜

FPC轉(zhuǎn)貼膜用于覆蓋膜，補(bǔ)強(qiáng)，屏蔽膜小面積輔材轉(zhuǎn)貼，對于加工效率和產(chǎn)品良率的提高較為明顯。

 

FPC transform film is used for  coverlay reinforcing and content transform,such as EMI.  It is obvious to

the improvement of machining efficiency and product yield. 

 

 

2.高溫承載膜

用于FPC單面板銅熱滾輪壓合制程的高溫承載，低收縮率、耐高溫性能且具有優(yōu)異的耐酸堿性能。

The copper surface and the PI surface of copper are respectively attached to the dry film and the PET film, 

which is pressed together by hot roller .

Condition：

Pressure: 4-5kg

Temperature: 90-110℃

Speed: 0.7~1.3m/min

 

3.沖切保護(hù)膜

用于FPC嵌入式?jīng)_切的承載保護(hù)，可有效提高FPC良率和沖切效率。

Firstly, fitting FPC with PET protective film then punching FPC by cutting die(semi-cutting method).

Customers may take down FPC for assembling, while can also assemble first and then take down FPC.

 

4.出貨保護(hù)膜

把PET雙層保護(hù)膜離型膜撕除，有粘性的一面固定在臺面上，將產(chǎn)品整齊排列在有粘性PET保護(hù)膜上，粘滿后粘上離型膜，用手壓平，封袋后出貨使用。

Separate the PET double layer packing film and fix the sticky side on the table top, arrange the product on the sticky PET double layer packing film, peel off the release liner, and then press it by hand.
