說明書是以應(yīng)用文體的方式對(duì)某事或物來進(jìn)行相對(duì)的詳細(xì)表述，使人認(rèn)識(shí)、了解到某事或物。
Instruction in the form of an application style about something or things to relatively detailed description, make people to know, learn something, or content.

（1）傳播知識(shí)。當(dāng)說明書伴隨著產(chǎn)品走向消費(fèi)者群的時(shí)候，它所包含的新知識(shí)、新技術(shù)，也為群眾所了解。（2）指導(dǎo)消費(fèi)。說明書對(duì)商品或服務(wù)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行客觀的介紹、科學(xué)的解釋，可以了解產(chǎn)品的特性、掌握產(chǎn)品的操作程序，從而達(dá)到科學(xué)消費(fèi)的目的。（3）宣傳企業(yè)。說明書在介紹產(chǎn)品的同時(shí)，也宣傳了企業(yè)，因而兼有廣告宣傳的性質(zhì)。
