中速單盤12型是由一個轉(zhuǎn)盤完成紙杯成型機，采用開放式間歇分度機構(gòu)、齒輪傳動、同步帶傳動、縱軸結(jié)構(gòu)、卷邊采用單獨升降結(jié)構(gòu)、降低了主功能機構(gòu)的行程、合理分布各個功能總成；整機采用定時定量油脂潤滑的方式，減低了機器零件的磨損；制杯過程PLC控制，采用光電傳感器監(jiān)控，步進電機送料（有杯片送料，沒杯片不送料），從而提高設(shè)備性能，達到快速平穩(wěn)運行，實現(xiàn)了故障自動停機，大大降低了工人勞動強度，提高了設(shè)備的安全穩(wěn)定性。
