DPJ-A12型單盤紙杯成型機(jī)是由一個轉(zhuǎn)盤完成紙杯成型，采用開放式間歇分度機(jī)構(gòu)、鏈條傳動、卷邊采用單獨(dú)升降結(jié)構(gòu)、降低了主功能機(jī)構(gòu)的行程、合理分布各個功能總成，使設(shè)備負(fù)載減輕。整機(jī)采用油脂自動潤滑的方式，減低了機(jī)器零件的磨損；制杯過程采用光電傳感器故障監(jiān)控，提高了設(shè)備性能，達(dá)到快速平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行，實(shí)現(xiàn)了故障自動停機(jī)，降低了工人勞動強(qiáng)度，提高了設(shè)備的安全穩(wěn)定性。
