產(chǎn)品概述：
本系列灌裝機是我司借鑒技術(shù)，自行研制開發(fā)的新一代灌裝機。它采用活塞式計量原理，集機電、氣動于一體，設(shè)計合理，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，具有性能穩(wěn)定可靠，計量準確，輕巧靈活，適應(yīng)性強，使用方便等特點。本系列灌裝機主要有單頭和雙頭兩大機型。料桶帶攪拌或不帶攪拌的……等等，以滿足不同客戶需求。
本系列灌裝機標(biāo)準型選用氣動元件為中國臺灣Airtec產(chǎn)品，也可根據(jù)用戶要求選用德國FESTO或日本SMC的。本系列灌裝機活塞及密封件均采用304#不銹鋼及氟制品材料制成，可耐腐蝕、耐80-98℃的高溫灌裝。廣泛適用于各種含顆粒醬料或粘稠物料、半流體、膏體、醬料、尤其是含顆料物料的灌裝。有多種灌裝量可供選擇。
性能特點：
■ 機體主要由優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制作，外形美觀，且干凈衛(wèi)生，*符合食品衛(wèi)生要求；
■ 具備手動和自動邊續(xù)灌裝功能，且手動和自動狀態(tài)可快速相互切換；
■ 快速適接的連接方式，使拆裝和清洗更方便；
■ 電器和氣動元件均采用中國臺灣Airtec產(chǎn)品，性能穩(wěn)定可靠；
■ 采用全氣動設(shè)計，工作不需用電，防爆，且不怕潮濕；
■ 輕巧方便，適應(yīng)性，有多種防滴漏灌裝頭供選擇。
適用范圍：
半自動雙頭醬料灌裝機主要適用于各種含顆?；虿缓w粒的半流體、膏體、醬料、粘稠物料類，如各類膏霜、糖漿、含果肉飲料、蜂蜜等；適用于各種食品醬料、如火鍋底料、辣椒醬、豆瓣醬、甜醬、果醬、花生醬、芝麻醬、番茄醬等。
Product overview:
This series of filling machine is a new generation of filling machine developed by our company for reference of foreign advanced technology. It adopts the piston metering principle, integrates mechanical and electrical, pneumatic, and has the advantages of reasonable design, compact structure, stable and reliable performance, accurate measurement, light and flexible, strong adaptability, easy to use and so on. This series of filling machine mainly has two types of single head and double head. Drum with or without stirring...... And so on, to meet the needs of different customers.
This series of filling machine standard pneumatic components used for Taiwan Airtec products, but also according to user requirements of Germany FESTO or Japan SMC. This series of piston filling machine and sealing parts are made of 304# stainless steel and fluorine products materials, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant filling 80-98 C. It is suitable for filling various kinds of sauce or sticky material, semi fluid, paste, sauce, especially grain filling material. There are a variety of filling capacity to choose from.

Applicable scope:
Double semi-automatic sauce filling machine is mainly applicable to a variety of particle containing or not containing particles of the semi liquid, paste, sauces, viscous material, such as cream, syrup, drinks with fruit and honey; suitable for all kinds of food such as Hot pot bottom material, sauce, chili sauce, bean paste, sauce, jam, peanut sauce, sesame sauce, tomato sauce.
